Went up to the Gats for a quick bike ride and had a blast. It was the perfect day and it wasn't too hot or muggy. The only problem was that most of the hills were gravel so that going up the tires spun, and going down it was uber hard to keep control. I had a nasty wipeout and ended up having to scrub gravel out of my knee with a bristle brush once I got home. Not fun at all. Wish we could've gone longer, but I had to run home for a babysitting job which I was late for anyways cause I had to clean out my knee.

Warm-up with Molly and Ian on their bikes, a bit longer than expected... stupid detour.

Just Molly on the bike with me running, and we almost got run over by crazy drivers a few times!!! Wasn't going as fast as I would've liked, but I still really enjoyed it!!

25 sit-ups and 25 push-ups 4 sets
30sec lunges 30sec rest for 5min
calf thingymadooers 1min wall sit 1min for 4min
plank 30sec, 15 sec rest for 4min

Legs and arms were a bit wobbly afterwards, but enjoyed it all the same.

Monday Aug 13

Drove up to the Gats for a run with my dad and I was a little grumpy in the car, but once we got out on the trail, I was jubilant!!! I felt sooooo much faster since I was at much a lower altitude than I've been running at for the past 2 weeks. Left my dad in the dust on the hills and finished the run mush earlier than expected. Oops... :P
