I think today is definitely a rest day!!! I'm actually surprised that I managed to get out of bed this morning! :P

Heading up to the cottage to enjoy the last week of summer before school starts! Probably get a lot of running and mountain biking in which'll be good!

What a messed up interval run!!! My plan was to do a 10min warm-up run, then 15min of 1min hard, 30sec rest, and then a 10min cool down. But, halfway through, I looked at my watch, and realized that I had 11min to get back home to look after my little brother while my sister got her hair cut. So my interval run turned into a full out tempo run all the way back in a record breaking time of 13min. Didn't get any appreciation for my sprint back though, just a glowering look from my sister. :P

calf raises and wall sits for 1 min each, 6min.
50 more push-ups and sit-ups
lunges for 30 sec then 2x up the stairs for 4min

Amazing run had to avoid the men with chainsaws, but hey, no big deal....went a bit longer then expected, but it was beautiful running weather so I didn't mind.

cycling 50:00 [2]

After my run, I changed my shorts and shoes, and then hopped on my bike (kinda felt like a triathlon) I was contemplating whether to eat something or not, but I remembered burping up my pancakes for the first 5min of my run, so I decided against it. Went down to the river, and then downtown, although I've never been that far so I had no idea where I was going. Really neat down there, except it was everybody's lunch break so there were a bunch of runners that I had to go around. Didn't fall over at all this time, mostly cause I made sure to have both feet unclipped way before I had to stop! :P

Just did 5 sets of 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups. My abs are still a little sore from my last core workout, so I took it easy. :P
