| did the single track again about 3 times after exploring the trails before, and it was so much better this than yesterday. actually enjoyed rocketing down the grandmother of the mother of all hills. got stuck in midair between a tree and a cliff which was a rather interesting dilemma, but all in all, i had a blast and i'm definitely noticing some major improving. around the 2nd time around, i was able to pick out the hard spots, and really concentrate on them when they came. |

| fun, but rather difficult bike ride all the way to the triangle ski club. did a single track loop which was so technical. i didn't even know that a bike could fit through some of the places, but it did, amazingly!!! improving still, but extremely slow. |

| super windy day, but it was a fun ride. went all the way to Opinicon for dinner, but didn't bike back to the cottage, that would've been too dangerous on the roads at night. |
