Saturday Dec 8

X-country skiing long (skate) 2:30:00 [3]
Gorgeous day, gorgeous conditions, gorgeous everything!!! started at P9 (P10 was totally packed and there was no hope for getting a spot unless we parked in the handicap zone (why are there handicap parking spots at fortune anyways)) and then stayed on the #1 all the way to Champlain, and then part of the way to the fire tower.

Friday Dec 7

strength 1:00:00 [4]
good grief, i'm gonna be so ripped by the end of the season if i'm doing 3hrs of core a week!! warmed up on the bikes and then did a crazy relay that was really tough!!! then continued onto Heather's House of Pain!!! ahhhhhhhh... it definitely was painful. did 1min doing either sumthing with abs, or push-ups and then another minute of either skipping or biking.

Thursday Dec 6

strength 55:00 [4]
abs were burning sooo much during the 15min warm-up which i guess is a good thing since that means i was working hard enuf on monday!
running 5:00 [3]
running to the center in shorts (brrrrr) and then running home to have a super speedy dinner and shower to get to nepean on time for music night!!!

Wednesday Dec 5

running 35:00 [1]
Did the modified river loop since i had to swing by Nepean to stuff my skis and poles in my locker, and then the path along the river didn't look that great since the dog-walkers haven't packed it down enough, so we just stayed on byron.
X-country skiing 1:00:00 [2]
Did a bunch of drills with the whole team, and then went for a little ski working on one-poling mostly. bitter cold, and my hands and face absolutely froze going down the hills!!!

Monday Dec 3

strength 1:00:00 [4]

Sunday Dec 2

running hills 20:00 [5]
Condensed time of running up the tobagganing hill at the Arboretum in order to get as many rides in as possible. got some sick air on a few of the jumps and with all this snow on the way... can't wait for tomorrow at Dulude!!
