| At first, I was just doing 1min hard, 1min rest... but then I found the perfect hill to run up so I ditched the first plan. It took about 55sec to get to the top of the hill running hard... and then 1:05 to get back down to the starting point. Can't remember how many times I ran it... but it must've been for a good 15min atleast. |

| spectacular run!!! was glad that i finally dragged my sorry butt out the door to get back into some training. kinda glad i took an unintentional break though since now my body as pretty much recovered from any aches and pains i had before. |
