Final day of floor hockey... and we won the easter chocolate challenge with 25 pts!!! woohoo!!!!! yummy chocolate too!!! :P
running warm up/down 20:00 [2]
Running to the hill and back...
running hills 20:00 [4]
Ran the hill 10 times... the first 7 were about 50 sec to get up the hill, 40sec to get down, and then a 30sec rest at the bottom before i did it all again. Then the last 3 were harder... 44sec up but then i took my time at the top, and then came down. got attacked by a dog... which wasn't fun... but i guess it kinda made me run faster up the hill.
running 5:00 [5]
only counting this run to school cause i had to do it with my trombone... and that was super duper hard!!!!

Wednesday Mar 19

school sports 15:00 [3]
Some more intense floor hockey!!! the chocolate is in sight!!! got a nasty bump on my shin from a slash from a stick which swelled up in about 10sec!!! ouch!!

About 15min of relays before the floor hockey started!! Our team totally kicked @$$ out there!!!
running intervals 1:00:00 [3]
Ran 800m intervals with some other people in the neighbourhood. Pretty fast, though i could feel my dinner complaining quite a bit after the 2nd interval but i never hurled which was a very very good thing!!! kept up pretty well and only lost a few meters to the lead guy on the last few loops.
