orienteering race 36:42 [5]

Crazy start for the relay, but once i got out into the woods it was alright. calf was cramping up like crazy which sucked on the hills, but i still really enjoyed the course!

Running around before the start of the middle... it was depressing starting so late.

orienteering race 38:55 [4]

Pretty good race with only a 2min bobble on control 8. hit the rest of the controls bang on and then only had to worry bout getting up those hills!!! holy macaroni!!! what a blast though!! felt so good to be out racing in the woods again!!

orienteering race 14:53 [5]

Didn't make any mistakes on the sprint, but i was still kinda slow on some of the hills and through the woods. great course that really kept me on my toes the whole time!

running race 2:36 [5] 0.8 km (3:15 / km)

terrible race... started out alright... but by the second lap i had settled into too comfortable of a pace and didn't really feel like i was racing at all... not a very spectacular finish...

running race 11:36 [5] 3.0 km (3:52 / km)

tons better than the 800m race!!! got up to 2nd in about 1 1/2 laps and then stayed there with another girl only a few steps behind me for the rest of the race. wasn't sure if she was gonna pass me on the last one, but i picked it up and managed to hold her off!! yay!!!

biking to tutoring.., thankfully didn't have to fear for my live at all!!!

running warm up/down 25:00 [1]

warm up run around both schools and then some A's, B's, and C's

2 cool down laps around the schools.

running intervals 28:00 [4]

4 x 5min hard with 2min of rest between each one. most of the team cheated and didn't run for the full 5min, so it was only me and another guy left doing the very last one.

running warm up/down 15:00 [1]

warmup and cooldown before intervals... lots more A's, B's, and C's... woohoo!

running 30:00 [4]

Down Princeton to Denbury to Kenwood, and then up Hillcrest.

did 1 loop, 2 loops, 3 loops, 3 loops, 2 loops, 1 loop with 1.5 min of rest

alright, well two interval trainings in the same 4hrs was pretty brutal. didn't have a lot left for the second one, and my right calf and a little twingy thingy which is kinda weird, but i think i'm gonna take a rest day tomorrow to see if it goes away. really don't want to blow it for the track meet on thursday, and even more importantly for the race this weekend.
