| The outback trail up at Kanata Lakes. It was sooo tough, but i think i did a little bit better than last year! didn't do any crazy flying off of cliffs, ok well only a few, but i wanna be alive and all in one piece when i go to sweden, so i played it safe. |

| Did the same old 2 min intervals up the hill. cept this time i added in 10 pushups at the bottom. definitely a challenge though it sucked having grass poking me in the face and then i always felt like i was gonna hurl while doing the pushups. |

| oh my goodness!!! 2x15min circuits. which meant sooooo many pushups!!!! holy macaroni!!! super tough, but i had my music blasting and a fresh baked cookie waiting for me so it was alright! :) |

| really getting good at the loop!!! sooo much fun!!! last one, my dad was chasing me and so i was just booking it down the switchbacks and it was sooo much fun... scary... but still the adrenaline rush was just marvelous!!!! |
