shoes: Asics Gel Hyper Tri

Ormskirk 10k. If that had been two parkruns, they would have been the 2nd & 3rd fastest. Not counting Crosby, which was a minute short. Mind, this looked about 100m short too, but I've allowed for that. All the splits were faster than 27min for 5k.

Contour-based training exercises at Eggerslack Woods. Good fun, and generally managed to keep contact with the map. Messed up one control: instructions were to follow a contour to a col & attack from there. Followed the wrong contour too well & found the wrong col. Otherwise good. Pleased with the line exercise - kept close in difficult terrain & found all the controls.

Lancaster. Hilly course, GPS says 4.7. Not sure. Didn't expect as fast a time as that.
