Ormskirk. Recovery run after yesterday. Pretty grim for the first k, but settled into a comfortable rhythm after that.

"West Lancs Three Peaks". Wrong shoes - this route needed studs. Slipping about all over the place, making it even more strenuous than it already was.

Torrisholme in the SROC league. Nice course, with plenty of points on offer. Wasted a bit of time going down the wrong street early on, but otherwise quite good. 17 penalty points, but that was because I went for an extra 60. 723 tonight.
