Stockholm Indoor Cup day 2. Longer and more climby than yesterday. Messed up 15-16, both on floor 10,convoluted route to floor 1 & back instead of going down to 6, across, & back up from there. Otherwise good enough. 42/138 today, could have been top 20 without the error.

Stockholm Indoor Cup. (Distance nominal). Best time at SIC so far. 77/149. No big errors, but a couple of short cuts missed in the hurry.

Across Hoscar Moss with Brian monitoring his heart rate, so we had to keep the pace down. Nice to be running comfortably for once. Wrapped up a bit too well against the cold and may have been overheating a bit in the second half, when my performance stats dipped a bit. Maybe I should wear less.

Intervals at 6(2%hill), 8,7,5 min km. Didn't mean to have the hill immediately after the sprint but it worked out ok. And the slower recovery made the sprints achievable.
