Each km: 200m hill, 300m at 7, 200m at 4:55, 300m at 7. Good workout. And then some leg exercises until the hamstring started aching.

Gently with Brian again. Reverse Hoscar Moss via Bispham. Very slightly quicker than last week, but with significantly better heart rate stats because I was careful to keep my temperature lower.
