Did a 5k instead of parkrun after Italy trip. First half a bit muddy & slow, & never got the pace up. Hamstring a bit achy.

Bridges. Hamstring improved after 2 weeks skiing, in that the muscle tone feels more balanced. Usual post-ski weakness though. Loop 9:42.
