6x800 with an extra 200 at the end. Total sprint distance 5k, time sprinting = 26:30. Nice sheltered route round Stanley on a windy day.

Supposed to be 5x800,but the first two were 600 & 1000. Very windy day, but ran in the shelter of the trees around the industrial estate. Sprints were at about 5:20,which is a bit below par.
