Formby Point. DEE event. Worked well, but MapRun failed to upload my track. Messed up 10 badly. As usual, failed to leave previous control in right direction. Similar problem 2-3. Otherwise good.

Tawdskirk virtual parkrun #31. Down & up Firswood, going out & back in full the roads & paths. V. windy, so a slow time. Head wind back up the hill.

Round Stormy Corner - Telephone Exchange, back via 4 Lane Ends. Aimed for sub 30 for 5k & see if I could hang on, but that's when the wind & (gentle) climb had an effect. Finished well & kept well under 10m mi.
