E-event at Stadt-Moers Park. 24 control score but missed one on a spur - mistook it for one I'd done already because it looked the same. Ah well. Otherwise a pleasant run.

8 AM

parkrun 29:21 [3] 5.0 km (5:52 / km) +44m 5:37 / km
shoes: Reebok Floatride

Tawdskirk virtual parkrun #33. Cool grey morning but not uncomfortable, and the rain held off. Slow early morning sort of run.

Orienteering race (Street-O) 56:52 [3] *** 7.1 km (8:01 / km) +58m 7:42 / km

Lancaster. Rusty, wasted time on 10-pointers, free on standing around trying to interpret the map. Nearly 700 points though.

3 PM

club run 1:13:25 [3] 11.6 km (6:20 / km) +22m 6:16 / km
shoes: Brooks Cascadia

Nomads. Except just Brian & me under lockdown rules and in daylight from Burscough. Canal, loop along Martin Mere & back to the canal. Excellent farmy route. Some paths muddy & made the going a bit slower than of late.
