Parkrun sandwich - the filling. New TVp route, avoiding the new town centre development. Short sharp climb the the roundabout at the top, a nice little loop added on at the north, and then back on the old route to finish. Harder than the old one (more climb) but just as good.

Tawdskirk virtual parkrun #47. 1.2k warmup to the little bridge, and then a slightly downhill route back through the alleys & Stormy Corner. Good even pace, fastest this year.

Nomads with Brian ("home fixture"). Out to Bickerstaffe Moss, and an urban archeology trip along the A577 trail back to Sandy Lane. Miserable weather, but a comfortable pace.
