Orienteering 1:41:17 [4]

Much better job today. Contours weren't giving me such a hard time. I was a little bit slower than I would have liked but hey, things can only get better from here, right?
Absolutely loved my finish. Alexander, Trevor (Yukon) and I all battled to the finish. Needless to say, I got the fastest finish split time out of everyone racing!! 22 seconds for 139m :)

"Up and down, up and down
I will lead them up and down
I am feared in field in town
Goblin, lead them up and down"
~ Robin Goodfellow (Puck)

Apparently some purple flower was left in my eyes from this summer because I couldn't for the life of me figure out which way was up, and which way was down. After three unfortunate mistakes though, things seemed to go a lot smoother.
*for the most part....*

Soccer (Game) 1:30:00 [4] 6.0 mi (15:00 / mi)

Last regular season game for me. Won 4-0. Made a goal. Very physical game, should have toned it down a bit, knee is definitely feeling it today...

Arm Chair 30:00 [1]

Reviewed the Hamilton, Ontario map.

Soccer 1:00:00 [2] 2.0 mi (30:00 / mi)
(injured)

Had to meet with my senior project adviser after school and it ran into soccer time. Usual warm up loops and sprints, but all in all, it was an easy practice.

Arm Chair 45:00 [1]

Read the Canadian long map Erin sent out. The cluster of controls 2-7+17 seem hectic, really have to visualize the map vs the terrain. Also, fencing everywhere, not really sure how visible they are, if it's barbed wire or picket fencing. Either way, gotta remember to keep my eye open. Final note, have to keep in mind that it's not the end of the world if shoes get wet.

Soccer (Game) 1:30:00 [3] 6.0 mi (15:00 / mi)

Fourth Hat trick of the season!!!! Last home game for my entire soccer career, was very physical, but in the end, we were able to pull a win! :)
