Note

I leave tomorrow for JWSOC.

First stop- Bulgaria, then driving to Austria.

Homework for tonight- Learning how to properly KT tape up my ribs!

Took out my skis that Pepa waxed to see how they felt. Needless to say, she did an amazing job!

(Also went and got another pair of gloves... I swear my employee discount will be the death of me)

Right hip decided to be a butthead, so when I got home I arnica-ed the s*** out of it (Plus iced it)

At this point, I don't know if it's a good, or bad thing that my hips didn't pop during this session.

Tried Erging, but my chest hurt too much so I switched to weights
