Yoga 20:00 [3]
(injured)

One of my worst Mondays in a long time so I cooled down with Enya.

- Left my wallet at home
- Got pulled over
- Tripped over uneven pavement and hit my head on a brick wall
- Had my presentation moved to a different day without my knowing
- Ran out of gas on my trip back home

Running 1:26:41 [3]
slept:12.0 (injured)

Thigh is healing up pretty nicely *color wise*. It's still extremely sensitive to touch *reasonably*, but seeing as how much worse the injury could have been, I'm perfectly fine with sleeping on my left side instead of my right for the next couple of weeks.

Long run in the rain before Easter Dinner (Orthodox)

Running 34:03 [3] 5.8 km (5:52 / km) +85m 5:28 / km
(injured)

Ran home from work.

The head of my right fibula was bothering me a lot all day today. (It was sore at West Point, I think from the amount of sideways running on the hills) But it's been getting a lot worse throughout the week.
I've been icing and stretching it... but the only thing that takes the ache away is when I put salonpas on it at night, but even then as the day goes on, the soreness comes back... I have an appointment set up for Monday to see what's going on...
Is this a common Orienteering ache? I mean, the pain is at such a weird place!

Running 32:12 [3] 5.5 km (5:51 / km)
(injured)

Woke up super early today (7:30!!) to see if my lab partners had finished their share of our collective project... They hadn't.
So for two hours before I had to leave the house to make it to that class, I busted out the rest of the paper (thanks guys...)
As soon as I was leaving though, I got an email from the school saying that the professor cancelled all classes for today!

Pros: No class
Cons: Woke up ridiculously early for no reason

At this point I had too much adrenaline to go back to sleep, so my dad and I went to the center where he walked Lemon's Haunt and I did the Race Loop + ran a little extra to meet up with him.

There were some areas that still had a thick, dense layer of snow, and others where there was just a giant mud pit in the middle of the trail, but for the most part, it was a good dry hilly run =) *I'll try to find out what the climb was later*
