shoes: Wave 1

Ran 5.6miles out (an hour an a couple of seconds) and then 5.6 back (longer but we walked here and there to get some walking-training in). Mostly flat terrain with a couple of inclines. My longest run to date!!!

Ran on a 1% incline at speeds from 5.2mph to 5.5mph for 5 miles and then walked/cooled down for another .3 miles.

Did forward and backward legs (5min each), with a pace ranging from the low 7's to the mid 9mphs for 30min. The second 30min, I did two minute stints in the 7mphs (both forward and backward) with 30sec sprints with speeds above 11mphs.
