Lehigh Mountain Park.

Trek 50:00 [3] 2.0 mi (25:00 / mi)

Island hopping down the Lehigh River.
Swim sections are NEVER a good idea for an adventure race.
BUT this section is the only enjoyable "swim" section I have ever done.
Well executed by the Derek and the GOALS folks.
