went to the arena to watch bryce play roller hockey. Ran into stu currie, who also ran yesterday, and he looked like he had done nothing at all yesterday. He bounced down the bleachers and walked with a spring in his step.

Worried about 3 toenails. I may lose them.

Trail Run race (Diez Vista 50K) 6:14:00 [3] 50.0 km (7:29 / km)

HAd a pretty good run. My goal was to break 6hrs, and I didn't do that, but I really took it easy for the first half due to my 'delicate' hip. RACED the last 13km(90min) against another woman who probably had the same idea as I did- I wanted top 10. She was a tough competitor, but I beat her in the end by about 1.5 minutes. Results: 10th/60 women, 54th of 149 finishers.

What a beautful run. I really miss the mainland sometimes.

took a nap in the afternoon after work and then headed to vancouver. Had dinner at pastameli's- I had chicken/bacon/tomato/artichoke pizza. There was too much bacon on it. I really need to try to stay away from so much fat right before a race.

My mom made a comment about how nice it was that my dad and I can chat about bodily functions together. He's racing tomorrow too.

did a nice fun trail run by myself. I also went to the physio. She says I'm overflexible and I am banned from yoga class, and am banned from stretching. But I love stretching!!!!
