H4 course at Umuna. GPS 5.03km. Running at about 60-70% of normal pace, could feel soreness in the chest until about halfway through the long leg from 6-7, ie about half the course, then the soreness seemed to gradually fade. 1 min mistakes at 2 and 10. Was trying to use clearings to get to 2, but they were less clear on the ground than the map, missed the control and went about 2 contours too low. At 10 I just wasn't reading the map, a bit tired and lazy after the layoff I guess.
