Ran Medium course at Halls Head Metro with a new guy (Daniel). I didn't see that the best route involved leaving out two of the SE controls (22 & 29) and collecting the two small clusters (6, 7 and 8,9,15), and the route we did take would have been better if we'd saved 23, 24 and 25 to the end.

28-26-27-30-25-24-23-29-22-19-20-21-18-8-9-15-16-17. Walked the hills.

Would like to have had a Medium course that forced people to visit the coastal path as it is quite pretty, with some speccy architecture.

New shoes, short run at Yokine Reserve. Don't remember sweating so much in 20 minutes in any previous run, but I could be wrong.
