Metro race at Swanbourne, Short course. Walked up the hill to 3, then decided to jog downhills to test the calf muscle. Steep steps down to 2, then walked uphill to 8, jogged all the way to 21, then jogged/walked to 19 and 7.
Calf seemed ok, so might give it a slow run around Hyde Park on Monday.

Rode over to Dad's since I got a message that he'd fallen over last night. He was ok, nothing broken, has been patched up and was asleep. Headwind going over, tailwind returning, SCR except for around 2km with the wind on the Freeway path. Resisted the temptation to put the hammer down and chase a recumbent that was a few hundred metres ahead.
