Orienteering race 51:58 [4] 7.4 km (7:01 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Pursue 2

Metro Score event at Ellenbrook. Remembered to start the Garmin, but still 8 mins early, even with a 2min error at 4 (due to map not being updated), and walking about 25% of the distance due to temp. of 30C+.

Should have got 2 more 30-pointers in the 8 mins (even walking!), and swapped a 20 for another 30, which would have given me 70 more points and gained me a few places.

Controls: 3-13-22-23-4-25-14-6-5-15-16-7-8-24-30-17-27-9-18-29-19-11-1.
Should have got 26 instead of 16, 28 between 9 and 18, and 21 between 11 and 1 for 70 more points.

Around the river, including Mt Henry. Even PP piked out of the Friday ride today, so I was completely on my own. SE/NE wind again.

Monday Nov 27, 2017 #

Road cycling 3:50:14 [3] 90.38 km (2:33 / km)

Same ride as last Monday, took it a bit easier.

Sunday Nov 26, 2017 #

Road cycling 1:51:45 [3] 43.41 km (2:34 / km)
shoes: Bike: Beemer Auto

West Coast ride, bike event going on along the coast and up Reabold, but managed to do my usual route. I would probably have been the first to summit Reabold, the marshalls up there looked a little confused as I went through their nicely marked turnaround.

Windy.

AP access needs renewing, will have to put the route up later.
