Orienteering race 21:41 [3] 1.7 km (12:45 / km)
ahr:129 max:151 shoes: Inov-8 Oroc 280

Short course at Xmas Tree Creek Navdash, GPS 2.03. Messed up no. 1, losing 30 secs, then did 2 mins at 4. Was on the right line, but didn't see my attack point (a cliff) and wandered around for a while. Took the straight route from 6-7 but slow crossing the creek with all the wet rocks. Went left and lower on the same leg on the second course and wound up with the same time. Best route was probably around to the right. Went right around the big cliff on the last leg, but the control placement meant that left would have been better - proved this conclusively on my second course.

Orienteering 31:23 [3] 2.2 km (14:16 / km)
ahr:116 max:138 shoes: Inov-8 Oroc 280

Long course at Xmas Tree Creek, GPS 2.42kms, rain for the whole course. No mistakes, but walked a lot of this.

Road cycling 1:26:27 [3] 32.78 km (2:38 / km)
ahr:114 max:149 shoes: Bike: Beemer Auto

Bassendean ride, mostly dry, but windy. First shower started just as I left home, and lasted about 5 mins. Then dry and even sunny as I passed the remnants of two parkruns (Claisebrook and then Maylands). Rain came back between Bayswater and Maylands on the railway path, but I could see it was clear over Mt Lawley and East Perth; again, lasted about 5 mins.
