Orienteering 24:57 [4] 4.05 km (6:10 / km)
shoes: Inov8 Parkclaw 275

Running the M21E Australian Sprint Champs course planned for Narrogin. Using the WA and OA age class factor of 0.55 gives a winning time of 13:45 for M21E, so I'm happy with that. Especially as I took 20-odd seconds to cross a fence that would hold up the elites for maybe 5 seconds at most.

Road cycling 2:30:00 [3] 56.0 km (2:41 / km)
shoes: Bike: Beemer Auto

Around the river, left the girls to go around Mt Henry and caught them again at the old Freo bridge.

Bad news: the Kwinana Freeway path will be closed from Monday until f*#%ing August! This seems to happen every couple of years. Would be ok if the footbridges weren't such a pain to cross, guess I'll be going via Mill Point Rd for the next 6 months.

Also looks like the rail path between Haydn Bunton Bridge and Loftus St will be closed for several months while they rebuild the Hamilton St bridge.

Road cycling 3:01:00 [3] 69.8 km (2:36 / km)
shoes: Bike: Beemer Auto

Two rivers ride, SE-NE winds so 2/3 of it was difficult. Dolphins on the Canning River side of Canning Bridge.

Road cycling 2:08:00 [3] 48.9 km (2:37 / km)
shoes: Bike: Beemer Auto

Around the river, took the old route leaving out the Majestic and Stock hills. Then took Grant St from the coast for a change, and noticed the rail path is at long last being extended the final 400m from Grant to Eric St.
