R Calf muscle twinged early so walked most of this. Still managed a monumental stuff-up after 10, turning right 100m too early and not recognising it until I hit the soccer field 200m further on, losing 3 mins. Then blew another 2 mins on 13 and 14 through not using my magnifier, don't know why I bother to carry the thing.
