Bad:
1. Trainer @home isn't nearly as exciting/motivating as @class

Cycling 2:15:00 [3] 30.5 mi (13.6 mph) +1400ft
ahr:138 max:163 slept:7.0 weight:226lbs shoes: Specialized 74 Rd

Was expecting rain, so I pulled out the Tormy. I fixed the wheel sensor so the speed info was recording. Still have to fix the cadence sensor on this bike. I'll have it before the next ride, just need new zip ties.

I think this ride reminded me of why I don't ride this bike often. This was probably one of my most miserable rides since moving here.

Good
1. No rain, slightly sunny
2. I love riding through some of these neighborhoods/lake views

Bad
1. My foot pain is now their from mile 5 on. I think I'm going to back away from the 74s
2. Also foot related, my feet are so big that they rub some of the frame. Specifically, this is all right foot related.
3. I felt sluggish the whole ride, not sure why, but it was just a slow ugly ride experience
4. The seat seemed annoyingly uncomfortable, too much pressure in certain areas.

Cycling (CycleFit Class) 1:00:00 [4]
weight:226lbs

Cycle Fit class at Experience Momentum studio...

I decided to bring my rain bike (name: Tormy, 2005 Le Mond Tormalet) after cleaning my roubaix all day. I forgot the fact I haven't re-installed my Garmin on my rain bike.....

1 hr of work, with no results/proof to show. Instructor had us do 2mins @ Zone 4, followed by 2mins Z4 standing, 1 min Z1 rest, then 4mins Z3 to 1min Z5, 1 min rest. Repeated 4 times

**notes about the ride:
1. no cytomax, just 2 bottles of water (finished em both)
2. I've noticed since I've started using the new shoes with the new cleats my right foot is having some pain. Location is on the far right side just below the pinky toe.
3. Also, not sure if its cause I haven't ridden Tormy in months, my right foot's heal seems to brush the back frame
4. I seriously need to get fitted on the Tormy, it's a huge difference from the Roubaix....
