car thermometer said 28 outside, but warmed up in winter clothes and then climbed the base diagonal on a wonderful roadside wall of rock.Fast twitch muscles used slowly?

running 55:00 intensity: (38:00 @2) + (17:00 @4)
shoes: adidas boston boost 2

on north shore trails of pueblo reservoir, recommended for little climb. Served well, but could only manage 17 minutes of tempo. Too much bouldering in my legs, and wanted to stay fresh for the weekend.
