To Affton track, 'for Affton residents' sign but figured we have reciprocal borrowing priviliges. Nice to run on a well marked regulation track. 8 x 400 @ 5k race w 3r jog betw. except walk in stagger (or should it be walk and stagger?) Feel like I'm in a trough, but got to start somewhere.
