running (SLU track) 45:00 intensity: (5:00 @1) + (25:00 @2) + (5:00 @4) + (10:00 @5)
shoes: adidas boston boost #4

2 x 1000 @ 7 min pace w/ 1R. which was painful...something not right. 3R
then 4 x 200 w 2R. 36 high, 39, 40, 42. that 36 killed it but wanted to see what the legspeed was.
