Warmup and drills. Another test run for brooks hyperion tempo, acts like a real shoe albeit w a cushiony sole, seems good for logging painless training miles

shoes: Skechers GOrun Razor 3

Jog and 4 strides, then 3 x 200 and 4 x 300 w 2:45 avg rest

shoes are great, a little too soft and minimal for track surface and turns
