15 minutes of uncomfortable and intermittent running on the cleat protectors when i had a flat, and the replacement tube exploded when i couldn't control the co2 cartiridge, to the nearest bike shop (thankfully was near)

to meeting in u city, then 2nd bike shop, then downtown, then home - great weather for doing errands on a bike

brisk warmup run and then Tilles sprint in the rain, nice course.

supposed to do 3 x mile. felt not good and hot. heart has been surging and thumping lately. if it keeps up will seek med. attention. 6:30, 6:38, last one on pace for 6:30 but bailed halfway through.
