biking 1:10:00 intensity: (20:00 @2) + (40:00 @3) + (10:00 @4)

to and from fathers house

orienteering race 3:00:00 intensity: (30:00 @2) + (2:00:00 @3) + (30:00 @4)

score-o at hawn. flustered start, not ready, not sure if i was running w/ Mark or seperately, was distracted and descended into black hole of orienteering again. BUT fought back, got focused and on track and ran reasonably well the second half. I am SO relieved about that - I thought i was going senile or something. Met Bill near the end, we ran together, and that helped to keep focused and energized.

mountain biking - chubb trail w/ castlewood team members -1. (alas)
pretty rocky, rooty steep and shifty stuff.
