elliptical @ Y - free day pass. idea was to spare the complaining knees.

aquajog 50:00 [2]

did deep waterfor maybe 15, but swim lanes were busy and it didnt do as much for me as 3'-6", where feet were touching and i was moving forward against resistance...more like running, or actually like hill climbing or pulling a sled.

indoors warmup, then bounding run on padded floors in rock gym w some crazy dance moves thrown in.

rock climbing 1:10:00 intensity: (35:00 @1) + (35:00 @2)

so ill...because it was open. and knees hurt. Y y closed?

shoes: adidas boston boost

was going to run to my fathers and back, so put screws in my old bostons, covered the torn tops with old bike booties and set off. but after a while noticed that the one boston's sole was 2/3 delaminated. kept on for a while but decided that running in an ice event without a sole could be more than annoying, so turned back. t-shirt, light midlayer, storm shell,shorts and rain pants worked well, just a tad warm.

to track, had in mind some kind of TT. distance kept shrinking the more I thought about it. I guess I wanted to see if i had my basic speed w/o a lot of energy expenditure or physiological cost.
