old brown course at cuivre river. all briars. not what I was looking forward to. not worth the long drive.

orienteering (woods) 43:00 [2] shoes: adidas boston boost
so i moved to the south of the park where it looked more clear and ran the hills. well, that cured me of cuivre river jones, but it was a nice warm sunny day.
knees felt better after todays gym session too. Now I'd like to figure out if its the elliptical or the stationary bike, feel twinges on both to start, so maybe both. Maybe I should be riding my bike again.

Hate to say it but my knee hurt starting these, but not going down stairs after, so must be good therapy. which means i prob have to do again.

to n. edge of wilmore. 6 strides on return trip. always like to put on a nice land cruiser show for the geese. boston uppers are starting to tear, halfway thru min. lifespan (the weak point of these shoes). time for the shoe goo, i guess.
