quick loop by forest park ponds on way to pick up card tables - city wide oakland garage sale rain or shine (ours is in the garage, 1036 oakland, lots of nice ceramics and glass artist originals,and european marquee cut glass etc etc)

warmup, drills,1 x 200 @ 36...but my knee twinged a couple of times, more when i was walking , so decided to rest it some more.

moving squats and lunges, sideways moving pushups, burpees, hurdle mobility, one leg squats and balance

running (bishop dubourg track) 34:00 intensity: (22:00 @2) + (12:00 @5)

round 2, after icing. tried running in knee braces but too unwieldy. 75deg, 20mph south wind. 5 x 600 @ mile/5k with 2 R. took 3.5R after 3rd.

2:19, 2:21, 2:20, 2:22, 2:28 tough conditions, got my moneys worth.
