castlewood trails, powerwalk a lot of hills, 3 x steep lone wolf up to bluff, pwerrwalk/jog love trail, down road, then up to bluff again...and I fell....on my bad shoulder! It must be a lucky lucky day for me because I kind of rolled up on it and there was no sharp pain. Maybe that calcification progress was further along than i thought. I do feel a bit shell shocked tho.
why those mll intervals were hard - muscles have had NO IMPACT for a month. so need to keep at those borderline-run workouts.
5 bike 5 ell wu, 5 ell cdn, drills,4 strides on mill 15% @ 5.8 20 sec
workout was supposed to be 2 sets of 200, 400, 600, 800
but these were extremely tough (first running over 5mph) so I modified down speed and duration. prob not in good shape (surprise) but also I think the treadmill analogy starts breaking down for me at speed, JD notwithstanding.
and yesterday 'superstrides' took something out of me.
