running 40:00 intensity: (30:00 @2) + (10:00 @4)
shoes: adidas adios boost

Another race, same time. 6:47, road mile, out and back w a couple of turns, Litchfield. So weird, like after the collarbone my body downshifted. Confident it will come back. Any theories/suggestions welcome.

Enjoyed this though, nice weather, and slow start into the wind and just picking up speed contnuously through the second half, buoyed by all the 5k ers coming the other way. And felt strong at the end. so reversing trend from previous TT/race miles
12 PM

rock climbing (gym) 30:00 [1]

stopped by at the gym on way back, and young man asked me if I wanted to belay climb. Nice switch fr autobelay, more relaxing. Climbing partners are a good thing.

Tuesday Jan 23 #

7 AM

running (wilmore park ) 50:00 intensity: (32:00 @2) + (18:00 @4)
shoes: adidas boston boost #3

Done! 3 x 1300+/- w/ 1R in 5:38, 5:42, 5:44 on cross country park terrain. (3 pavilions) Tough, but was able to maintain decent pace. Maybe 200's later in day?

Caught myself trying to run 'hard' a few times, let it go and then actually ran better. Big difference. Bingo!
