Catlewood Cup 15k trail run, somewhat curtailed to say 13k, because the creek was a raging torrent and the Park did not want us tearing up the grass in the valley...so about 8 miles. Ran good race pace for first half, then downshifted while tons of people passed me and I was quite content but helpless in my odd little 'slow bubble' where it almost seemed like my legs belonged to someone else... lots of mud and deep mega puddles. 10 min mile pace overall...still good for first place 65-69, and really good workout.

warmup at home, then castlewood trails. thought i was going to do more, maybe cruise intervals, but it just wasnt there.

UPDATE: trails were just fine in spite of all the rain.
