to wilmore park, a pleasant and sunny 50 degrees. 3 x 3 pavilions route on grass, bur without resting between legs. 17:45 total, 5:55 ea leg... say 5:52 adjusted for circling around start pavilion twice.
Comparing to individual legs w 1 min rest a few weeks ago @ around 5:35-40, I'm pretty satisfied it was a good workout.
