Took a page from the fun and games and cut up paper slips w distance on it, put them in an envelope and ran whatever I pulled out. Took a pass on the 2nd 600 though. Mile pace, a little slippage but ok. 3R jog walk

sometimes I think I should splurge on of of those gps watches...Felt like I was running twice as hard this morning as last night (obviously?), but as far as I can tell from map measurement and total time not that much faster. some of it is measuring a meandering run segment as a straight line...well, probably not productive to worry about easy run time, esp. when it felt like a good satisfying effort.
