State Sr. Games in columbia. 88d, 55h. 1500m Heat acclimatization race...tanked badly. 6:01 when I am pretty sure under good conditions I can run that for a mile. But it takes me longer than others to adjust to different circumstances. Then did 4 x 200 after the race and it was just like I was waking up. Anyway, good to see some good runners and cheer billh on to very good achievements in the 1500 and 800.
