Very grateful to get this workout in after yesterdays meltdown. Indoors air helped. 2 sets of 1200 T, 300R, 300R with 2 laps jog between segments, and 4 laps between sets. Generally hit or exceeded the goal times, which were 40 second laps for the 1200 (7:07 pace) and 1:07 for the 300's (6:00 min pace). Using 150 per lap, 146 + tangents.
