A nod to TomN...when I saw this on his log I thought it would be just what I needed. Honestly I was a little depressed, looking at my log and seeing the training hours tank, and thinking those thoughts that anyone over 65 will understand. No confidence in my abilities or my hurting foot either. But all seems to be well. I can't believe I did it! Certainly helped that I didn't have hold back for a national O meet coming up too.
