warming up at home felt a little spring in my step (which evaporated on the track) so I headed out. 4 x 300 @ 1:05, 1:05, 1:04. 1:07 w 2R then 3 x 200 @ 39 w 3R. As i said the spring evaporated, the rests had a lot of walking in them.
meet at bdb track, so to francis park, perhaps all for the best. back and forth under the cypress. after strides tried to launch tempo 3 times, but each time too fast. Finally settled down for 15 minutes. I think I might be more fit than i feel(??!) so more precise timing may be in order.
