shoes: adios boost 3 v.4

800 in 2:58 something. goal was to go under 3 so its a good start. A conservative time trial.

200 in 34 something. fastest 200 I've run in a long time. 2 guys pulled me along.

400 in 1:16 something. 200 winner led me to a quick start, but the last 200 I was in lane 4 and still steadily gaining so I had confidence and blasted the home stretch.
I could bring this time down, but its really the 800 time I need to work on.
Did 4 x 200 @ sub mile w 1.5R after 400 race.
